WELCOME TO M&M ACROSS CATALUNYA
M&M Across Catalunya is part of the M&M Gravel Grinder program. It is a gravel ultra-cycling route that crosses Catalonia from Vielha to Santa Susanna.
CHECK IN
The Check In or Collection of Dorsals will take place in Vielha, on Thursday May 15 from 18:00 to 19:00 and on Friday May 16 from 5:00 to 5:45. During bib and geolocator collection, the geolocator will be turned off. This device will need to be turned on on race day when you leave your home/hotel and before departure. It must be carried in the upper part of the rucksack. In the exit control we will check that everything is correct. Tracking will be done through Tracmove.
ABANDONMENT
If you want to leave the route, you will have to manage your own return. From the organization we will provide you with several points of departure to make things easier if necessary, specifying train stations, more direct paved roads, or towns/cities where you can ask for help.
ROUTE
The organization can modify the track for reasons of force majeure up to the day before. All information will be sent by email. The final track will be sent the week before the event.
MATERIAL
See the regulations to know the mandatory and recommended material to deal with this event. The use of a gravel bike with a 37mm to 42mm tire is recommended, although the test can be done without problems on any off-road capable bike.
SECURITY
On your bib or in the participant's guide, there will be emergency numbers listed in case you need them at some point. Remember that in order to plan your trip, you must have insurance that covers you to participate in an event like this.
START
The participants of the M&M Across Catalunya will leave at 06:00 from Vielha.
CLIMATE
On May 16, 2024, the sun will rise at 06:31 and set at 21:14. During the route you will go from being at an altitude of almost 2,000 meters to being at sea level, therefore, there may be differences in temperature. There may also be rain or wind during the time of the event.
