The M&M is not a competition. It is a route that passes through roads and villages.
It is mandatory to comply with the traffic code and all its indications.
Participants will be guided by the GPS navigation system.
Good manners and respect for other people and the environment are mandatory.
It is allowed to leave the route to rest or eat, as long as the route where it was left is recovered.

What we can say is that there will be 6 refreshments for the 200K route, 4 for the 120K route and one for the 85K route.

WELCOME TO THE M&M GRAVEL GRINDER
This is the first edition of the M&M Gravel Grinder, a gravel cycling route that traverses the Natural Parks of Montnegre i Corredor and Montseny. We hope you enjoy this area of our country, full of secrets and landscapes that will take your breath away. We will always be by your side to accompany you and make the experience even better.
CHECK IN
The Check In or Collection of Bibs will take place at the ALEGRIA Caprici Verd hotel, on Friday May 12 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday May 13 from 5:00 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. (5:00 to 5:45 for the M&M200K)
During bib and geolocator collection, the geolocator will be turned off. This device will need to be turned on on race day when you leave your home/hotel and before departure. It must be carried in the upper part of the backpack. In the exit control we will check that everything is correct.Tracking will be done through Tracktherace.
ABANDONMENT
If you want to leave the route, you will have to manage your own return. From the organization we will provide you with several points of departure to make things easier if necessary, specifying train stations, more direct paved roads, or towns/cities where you can ask for help.
CORRECTED
The organization can modify the track for reasons of force majeure up to the day before. All information will be sent by email. The final track will be sent the week before the event.
MATERIAL
Each participant must bring the material they consider necessary to complete their M&M challenge. However, there are a number of things that are mandatory to participate: front light, rear light, mobile phone and the provided geolocator. The rest of the material is up to you.
The use of a gravel bike with a 37mm to 42mm tire is recommended, although the test can be done without problems on any off-road capable bike.
SECURITY
Emergency numbers will be written on your number in case you need it at some point. Remember that to wait for the departure you will have to have insurance for one day. If you haven't hired it because you already have one, check to see if it covers you in an event like this.
DEPARTURE
M&M 200K participants will depart at 06:00, M&M 120K and M&M 85K participants will depart at 07:00.
CLIMATE
On May 13, 2023, the sun will rise at 06:34 and set at 21:04. During this time of the year we can find temperatures between 15 and 25 degrees. During the route you will pass from sea level to more than 1,000 meters of altitude, therefore there may be differences in temperature. There may also be rain or wind during the time of the event.
